Playsure Technology Co., Ltd. ("Playsure", "we") values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, process, use, and protect personal data when you use this website and submit the Consultation or Contact Us forms, as required by Article 8 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.
Other websites linked from this site (such as the 104 Job Bank for careers, the App Store, and Google Play) are governed by their own privacy policies.
When you submit a form, we collect the information below. Required fields are needed to respond to you; optional fields are up to you. For the data Google Analytics collects while you browse the site, see "Cookies and analytics".

Under the categories published by Taiwan's Ministry of Justice, this data falls under C001 Personal identifiers (name, phone, email) and C061 Current employment (company name, job title). Please do not enter sensitive data such as national ID numbers, medical records, or bank account numbers in the Message field.
Our web servers also automatically log IP addresses, browser types, and access times, used only to keep the site secure and troubleshoot problems.
We use the data above only for the following purposes (specific purpose codes published by Taiwan's Ministry of Justice in parentheses):

Providing personal data is voluntary. Without the required fields, the form cannot be submitted and we will not be able to reply. Leaving optional fields blank does not prevent submission, though we may need to follow up for details.
The website is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse; during verification, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser information (see the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy policy). Only the staff responsible for replying can see form content, and they are bound by confidentiality.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals as soon as possible and take the necessary remedial measures.
This website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and see which content is popular, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects data such as the pages you visit, time on page, device and browser type, and approximate location. If you prefer not to be included in Google Analytics, you can disable cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Our hosting provider Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary to protect the site from malicious traffic. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure overall traffic and page speed; it does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.
The Contact Us page embeds Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may collect data under its own policy. See the Google Privacy Policy.
If we update this policy, we will post the changes on this page and update the date at the top.
